Anna brings out the best in everyone – building an open and mutually supportive group who are able to challenge and inspire each other. Sometimes when strangers are brought together in this way, it can feel strained and uncomfortable, but Anna’s easy and friendly manner combined with strong group management skills made it a delight, and kept us all feeling positive – moving us ever forwards. Anna was equally skilled in one-to-one mentoring sessions, asking really incisive and pertinent questions and keeping me on track – but also knowing when to step back and let me run with something because that’s what I needed to do – always the sign of a good mentor/coach!
