Anyone who has been a part of a Lead Happy development tribe will remember their Masterminding sessions. They are a powerful, closed-door space for truth-telling, collective growth and powerful ideation. The Leadership Lab harnesses the power of the Masterminding format in Lead Happy’s unique style and approach.

Facilitated by Lead Happy founder and ILM7 coach, Anna Jester. You’ll be with other brilliant, like-minded leaders:  No repeats, no hierarchy – just meaningful conversation. Limited to ten seats per Lab.

This is a closed-door space for growth, truth-telling and powerful connection. Masterminding works because it brings together a collection of diverse minds and trust compounds – over time – in a consistent group, with courageous facilitation.

This is where senior leaders troubleshoot, learn, challenge and champion each other.
In essence, one person presents an idea, challenge or opportunity they have in their leadership, team or business and then the entire group goes to work on it as a collective.

It’s intentionally limited to ten seats, one per sector and is six months of insight and perspective, laced with humour, that you won’t get anywhere else.
