To build a great team of anything, it ‘takes all sorts’, not one homogenous group all thinking the same things. We work with teams to understand themselves as individuals (first) and then as a group. It’s then that they become comfortable talking about what they need and are happy to ensure everyone gets it. The Teams Experiences are unique, and the personalised experiences culminate in a day, two-day, or multiple half-day, in-person sessions, tailored to what your team needs.

One of the most common challenges we hear from potential clients goes something like this: “All this trust stuff sounds great in an ideal world but I have a team of completely different personalities, there’s a lot of conflict and different opinions and some of them just don’t get on.” Our response? “That’s perfect.”

We work with each client and team in partnership. We design and deliver the experience in a way that is completely tailored to your team and the people in it.

    Your team’s experience - starts long before we enter the room. Through tailored pre-event insights, interactions and comms, we build trust, increase awareness and activate each member of the team way ahead of Experience Day and for some time afterwards. It enriches the time we have together and ensures momentum continues long afterwards.

    Our pre-experience insight process means we're able to design a great day for everyone, not most. Introverted or extroverted, whatever personality type you are or for those of us who are neurodiverse, or identify as non-typical in other ways - we design experiences that work for everyone. Agile and dynamic, our experiences also flex to suit what's happening in the room and where the impact is greatest.
