Personal Exploration

Lead Happy Personal Explorations are two part interventions that give leaders a completely fresh perspective on themselves. In an ideal world, everyone would experience this, regardless of any demographic or personal variable. We created it because it was exactly the kind of help that we needed in our own leadership careers and it just didn’t exist.
