Leadership didn’t come with a guidebook…

…and that’s something I learned the hard way. Over the years, I experienced the highs and lows of leadership across a range of senior roles, in international organisations and high-pressure environments. Like many others, I grappled with imposter syndrome, a lack of meaningful guidance, and the sense that something was missing.

Her approach is deeply rooted in her life story, her fascination with human nature (some might call it an obsession!), and her unwavering belief in creating a better way to lead.
